Please be aware that new admissions are under observation for 14 days after admission and are not eligible for visitation unless they fall under the compassionate care category, or they have been vaccinated at least 14 days prior to admission.
While all visits are on a scheduled basis, we ask that you be mindful of other families when making appointments. Please bear in mind that all visits are subject to change.
The following must be followed for all methods of visitation and must be adhered to at all times. Visitors who are unable to adhere to the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention should not be permitted to visit or should be asked to leave per NYSDOH 3.25.21 guidance.
All visitors who enter the facility will be screened for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., temperature checks, questionnaire regarding signs and symptoms of COVID-19). Any visitor with signs and symptoms consistent with COVID-19 or those who have had close contact with someone with COVID-19 within 14 days prior will not be allowed into the facility (regardless of vaccination status).
All visitors are required to wear a face covering or face mask which covers the mouth and nose throughout their visit.
All visitors will be required to maintain social distancing of at least (6) six feet between persons.
